I love chocolate , I love ice-cream , I love sushi ... I always eat , I very like eating ,Therefore, I also like cooking , when i have free time , I will read cooking book , especially the book of desserts , the photos in the book is very attractive and will make our appetites .

Remember my most successful time to learn to do the strawberry and mango cake in the hotel with a dessert master, both in appearance and taste are very good and tasty, so I'm excited,

In fact, eat the food in the mainland is cheaper than Hong Kong,  even if only a few money, but also eat a lot of  flavor food, so I am very fond of eating in the mainland .

I like desserts, but I also think I can learn more cooking skills, sometimes, I will be mad with the family in kitchen to learn to cook food, when they taught me, I will listen carefully and concentrate on learn, I hope that I can do the best .

Everyone will encounter difficulties, Joy and Challenge is a necessary stage, when we encounter failure, we can not give up easily and we should accept the challenge because this is the life.

In my secondary stage, I also met a lot of failures, especially in the English language, my English scores have five years of failure, i feel very upset , My English subjects is relatively worse than other students, whether it is reading, writing, speaking aspects of poor , sometimes I feel very hopelessness .Therefore, I think  I need to work harder and spend more time to learn, although I am not very good in the exam results, but compared to before I have to learn more English words .

                                            

                    
Nevertheless, Fortunately the teacher did not give up , they still have been trying to teach us, and sometimes even come up with ways of playing, so that we do not feel stuffy, In addition, the teacher will take the time to make up classes for us, so that I can not give up myself , I must still have to learn.

Success is to rely on own perseverance and determination, as long as we adhere to, we will be successful . Be the way , the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education exam is coming, we must continue to strive to do our best.Hope that I can have a good result in the HKDSE!

                                                        

My First Encounter with African Culture - Music and Dance

After our examination , organized by the school African drumming OLE on 27th June in the playground. Initially, I thought the African culture is not interested, because I always do not like music and this event for up to six hours , I thought very boring , but until the commencement of the event , I felt very surprise , unexpected contact with people from other country , because I thought it was a local coach to teach us , but turned out to be African to teach us.

In this activity, I thought the most fortunate was do not have a sunny place , because the weather is very torridity , it will make people impatient and it will reduce their interest . In the beginning ,He briefly introduced the culture of African drumming, and teach us how to play the beat, and then allocated to our African drums.                                                                                                 

After , when we learn the basic skills, he re-teach the rest of us teach difficult skills , all students were very happy, and the scene was very lively , Finally, we not only sit in a chair on drums, he also taught us to sing the folk songs of Africa and African indigenous dance, very interesting. Suddenly, principals and other teachers, we will invite them to sing and dance together, we all play enjoyable .     

I very  enjoy this activity , i can learn the skills to play African drums , and not only in contact with people from other country, but also play with the principals and teachers are very happy and very memorable .
